IF YOU DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE FROM ONE OF THE Outlet ZM WEBSITES OR IN CONNECTION WITH THAT SERVICE, YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ALSO GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PRESENTED TO YOU ON DOWNLOAD OR INSTALLATION OF THAT SOFTWARE.
